Onboarding Questionnaire
Once you register, you'll receive your short onboarding survey where you will tell us exactly where you are at and where you want to be at the end of the quarter. Don't worry, you don't need to know everything, we will help you as you go but this is the first step! We will then assign you a MYAT advisor.

3 Months of weekly (or biweekly) 1-on-1 Zoom meetings with your MYAT Advisor
We will guide you through setting up your records in our spreadsheets and answering all your questions in our 1-on-1 zoom meetings. You'll leave with homework each week based on your schedule. Regardless of what you do in between meetings, we'll guide you through the next steps at our next meeting. We will literally hold your hand through every task and question to get set up, maintain your records and file taxes.

Comment replies within 24 business hours
The comment feature in Google Sheets allows you to ask specific questions of your MYAT Advisor inside your spreadsheets, where they can see exactly what you are doing and answer your questions to keep you moving forward.

Custom video training based on your questions
While we will tell you where relevant trainings are located in our courses, you do not need to use any of the DIY course trainings. Instead, when you ask a question, we will make a custom loom video showing you exactly what to do in your spreadsheet. We will undo any changes we make in your spreadsheets so that you can make them yourself. This will help you learn the spreadsheets and your records, FAST! (see example >>>)

I totally understand the desire to delegate this task and that's very smart.
However, I've learned that for many small business owners, they need to set all of this up themselves first. Once you set everything up, you will actually understand it.
Then, you can delegate to an assistant, family member, bookkeeper or an accountant. Many of our MYAT Advisors also work for themselves, so if you enjoy working with them you might hire them to delegate your records to.
If you don't do the set-up yourself, you may never find the clarity that you are looking for because you don't understand what you are delegating. Plus, because of the subjectivity of record keeping and business/finance set up, there are decisions that only you can make. Without the proper understanding, there will always be confusion and overwhelm.
Totally cool. Some people need to have their business set up, accounting and taxes set up before being able to solicit customers. It's a great place to be! It will make moving forward much easier for you.
We would love to help you get caught up. Sometimes you really need some 1-on-1 help and accountability to tackle a situation like this.
It's common when we fall behind to also fall into deep dread and overwhelm. We'd be honored to help you!
Once you register, we will schedule all of your meetings for the same day and time each week (or bi-weekly). It takes too much time and resources to schedule these meetings at custom times each week.
Plus, we find it works better for participants to have a set time so that you can prioritize this for the 3 months of your package.
However, we know that we live in the real world and vacations and emergencies happen! If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do it as soon as possible (at minimum 48 business hours ahead of your scheduled meeting). If you need to reschedule more than 2 meetings, or it's less than the required notice, we charge a $50 fee for the first 2 additional meetings and a $100 fee for any beyond that.
You must use all of your meetings within 4 months of the first meeting (so it's a 3-month package that you have 4 months to complete). I understand that sometimes people are concerned about wanting more time, but we find it works best if you keep moving!
If needed, you can add on additional meetings at the end of your package.
We have you meet on zoom because of logistics (we don't have advisors located everywhere, yet).
Also, Zoom works really well for screen sharing and getting guidance in your spreadsheets.
Plus, you can record and save these meetings to refer back to as needed.
This 3-month support program will run from May through July (and into August if needed).
